Vibe Timer ("the app") is a personal time-tracking app. Your privacy is simple to explain because the app does not collect, transmit, or share any personal data.

What we collect

Nothing. The app has no account system, no login, no analytics, no advertising, and no third-party tracking SDKs.

Where your data lives

All data you create — projects, subtasks, colors, and tracked time entries — is stored only on your device. It never leaves your phone or tablet and is never sent to us or anyone else. We have no servers and cannot see your data.

Because the data is local:

It is kept across App Store and TestFlight updates.
Deleting the app removes all of its data.
We cannot recover your data if it is lost — use the in-app Export to back it up.

Permissions

Haptics (vibration): used to give physical feedback when you start/stop the timer.
Notifications: used only to show your running timer locally (no push notifications are sent).
Audio playback: used to play short sound effects bundled in the app. The app does not record audio and does not request microphone access.

The app does not request access to your location, contacts, camera, microphone, photos, or any other personal information.

Children

The app does not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
